Well, you're hearing that our state legislature is fixing a problem.  Just like in YOUR hometown, property assessments skyrocketed over the last five years...property taxes are based on assessments.  So, they went up, too!  Just like you're home did.  So, they're changing the property tax system.  But even if they didn't, WE HAVE NO PERSONAL INCOME TAX!  How much is yours?

Insurance rates have been rolled back...further reductions planned.  Yes, there's the worry of hurricanes.  But do we worry about 10' snowfalls, annual brush and forest fires, floods, mudslides and the natural disasters that happen around the country.  Everywhere gets some visit from Mother Nature.  Ours are tropical, exotic!
